You can do so by clicking HELP on the tool bar > Log Support Job
Then click on NEW CASE or OPEN NEW SUPPORT CASE
This is the fastest way to request support as it will automatically add your enquiry to our system, allocating a case number and holding your position in the queue. Emailing or phoning directly may result in delayed response time.
Our development team are also back on board, working hard to add new features for the program, so continue to watch this space for announcements and update release notes.
