Launch of new web site

Includes important information about LiveAssist

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new web site, including the completely overhauled LiveAssist support portal.  

The new site provides all the same information as the original but the support processes have been simplified.  The one major change you will find is that instead of logging in with your old numeric account number, you now use the email address that we normally send your case information to.  Your password should remain the same, however in some cases where users had multiple accounts, they will now have a single account and the password will have been transferred from only one of them.  If you cannot login using your old password, simply click the Forgot Password link on the login page and we will send you an email with a link to reset it.  

To ensure the best possible security to your accounts, initially the main contact from each office will be sent a welcome email, asking them to log in and confirm whether each of the users are still current.  Only once this audit has been completed will you be able to log with the other accounts.  If you have any trouble with this process or the main contact we have listed against your office is no longer current, please contact the support desk.

To log in to LiveAssist, click the Login link at the top of the page.

All of our previous manuals and help documents are being transferred to the LiveAssist Knowledge Base.  You can easily search for the answers you need, and as always you can open a case with our support desk.
